Biography

Kevin is the Founder & CEO of Transformation Point, a leadership development and management consulting and firm based in Denver, Colorado, delivering services domestically and internationally. Kevin is a certified Birkman Method® consultant, trainer, and management consultant with over twenty-seven years of experience facilitating teams, defining solutions to business challenges, developing leaders, leading teams, improving organizational performance, implementing business solutions, and influencing strategic organizational change. Financial services clients include Republic Financial Corporation, GE Capital Solutions, The Riverside Company, and Marsch Mclennan. He has successfully held positions including Director, Vice President, Partner, and CEO.  

Kevin has a successful track record in business and education. He has successfully held positions with Accenture, Cap Gemini, AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Storage Technology Corporation (now Oracle), University of Phoenix, Regis University, University of Denver, Colorado Christian University, and Johnson & Wales University. Kevin spent six years in the United States Air Force. He has worked with clients domestically and internationally in China, France, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and the Czech Republic.

Kevin has completed all coursework towards a Doctorate in Human Communication Studies at the University of Denver, an MBA in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma City University, and a BS in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. He has also attended the International Program Management School in Behoust, France, and Systems Dynamics Training through the University of Bergen in Norway. He has completed the Jonah Program in Theory of Constraints at the Goldratt Institute, New Haven, CT.
